A CHALLENGE WE ASK ALL OF OUR COLLABORATORS TO COMPLETE 

1. EACH SCENE HAS TO HAVE A BACKGROUND, A CHARACTER AND A BONUS ELEMENT.
2. EACH IMAGE CAN ONLY BE MANIPULATED 3 TIMES.
3. COMPOSITION HAS TO FIT ON AN A4 PAGE AND CANNOT TOUCH THE EDGES.

1- isolate subject, select color range, remove other levels and set blend mode to multiply | 2- select text, isolate, fill color | 3- find character and isolate through whatever means and then use to fill comp

1- isolate subject, increase contrast, hues | 2- copy layer, solarize top layer, set blend mood to soft light, decrease opacity, play with levels | 3- locate border and character, isolate and place and repeat step 2 as many times as desired !!!

GRAPHIC RECOVERY IS A COLLABORATIVE SPACE FOR COLLECTING AND REWORKING FOUND GRAPHICS FROM OUR EVERYDAY SURROUNDINGS — FLYERS, STICKERS, SIGNAGE, AND OTHER OVERLOOKED VISUAL FRAGMENTS. WE WANT TO CONNECT WITH OTHER GRAPHIC PRACTITIONERS, WHO EXPLORE THE CREATIVE POTENTIAL OF FOUND IMAGERY IN THOUGHTFUL AND UNEXPECTED WAYS, IN ORDER TO GIVE THESE GRAPHICS NEW LIFE.
